Here is a list of courses I have taken within the Geography Department along with a brief explanation of what was covered in the course.

GEOG 200 - Foundations of Geography
This course covered the foundations, principles, and primary geospatial techniques and analyses.

GEOG 104 - The Physical Enviroment
This course covered the spatial relations and interactions between the Earth's dynamic systems.

GEOG 111 - Human Geography
This course covered the basic elements, processes, distributions, and problems associated with cultural groups: their principal ways of life, social and cultural diversity.

GEOG 178 - Conservation of the Environment
This course covered the use and abuse of environmental resources and the problems involved in their management and conservation.

GEOG 270 - Intro to Urban and Regional Planning
This course covered the basic to Urban and Regional planning, highlighting the downfalls in planning of US cities.

GEOG 280 - Intro to Cartography and Visualization
This course covered the basics to map making and design.

This course covered the social and environmental problems in the Tucson area.

GEOG 401 - Capstone
This course was a student led research project. Where I conducted research on the Blue Zone in Nicoya, Costa Rica.
